Becky Jones, Director

Becky joined LACE Partners in Jan 2022 as a Director with a passion for HR Transformation Programme and People Experience.

Becky has over 10 years’ experience leading large scale HR Transformation programmes across a range of industries; Retail (Marks & Spencer, Coop), Tourism (TUI and Eurocamp), and Charities.

Becky has experience implementing Oracle HCM, end to end process optimisation, HR Operating Model alongside delivering complex Business Change initiatives.

Becky’s industry experience brings a pragmatic and outcome focussed approach whilst ensuring People Experience and Value Case are front and centre in decision making.

Outside of work Becky loves to spend time with her family and friends and enjoys being outdoors.
