Adam Parsons, Manager

Adam joined LACE Partners in November 2022 having previously worked in a number of in-house HR roles primarily focussed on HR strategy, large-scale HR transformation and operating model.  

Adam has worked in both operational and transformation HR roles and has experience working across multiple industries including retail, insurance and logistics.  

He is passionate about delivering HR and business strategy by helping to create the conditions in which leaders are able to unlock and develop organisational capability.  

Adam loves to be out in the countryside and most weekends will be found exploring, or occasionally slightly lost somewhere in the Peak District. He can always be coaxed back indoors with the promise of a drink though.
