Kara Clarke, Senior Consultant

Kara joined LACE Partners in November 2024, after working at PwC as a Senior Consultant within the Mergers and Acquisitions department specialising in the People aspect of Deals. 

Before PwC, Kara also worked at a Start-up as a Manager, partnering with the organisation to address their HR challenges, develop tailored solutions, and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders. 

Outside of work, Kara likes to spend time with her family and friends, being outdoors and exploring new places. Whenever she gets the chance, she loves to go back to South Africa for a visit.
