Meet the speakers:
Dawn Goodall, Director, LACE Partners

Dawn is a transformation and programme management leader with deep expertise in global HR change initiatives. With 22 years at Accenture, she led major transition and transformation programmes across Europe. She specialises in end-to-end HR deal lifecycles and large-scale organisational change. A passionate people advocate, Dawn excels at building high-performing teams and driving client success.

James McLintick

James is Client Executive Director at LACE Partners, leading client delivery and the Account Management Team. With over 20 years’ experience in HR transformation across sectors, he has led major change programmes from strategy to implementation. Formerly at EY and as an independent consultant, James specialises in operating models, shared services, and workforce strategy. He’s passionate about purposeful teams, people development, and pragmatic change.

Simon Puryer, Executive Director, LACE Partners

Simon leads the Payroll Practice, bringing deep expertise in payroll transformation and implementation. He has a strong background in consulting and retail, delivering complex change programmes. A regular speaker and webinar host, Simon has been recognised in the “Rewards 300” since 2016. He’s passionate about people, customer experience, and driving business success.

Simon Bunday, Director, LACE Partners

Simon joined LACE Partners in 2024 with over 20 years’ experience in payroll operations and implementation. Previously part of Deloitte’s Payroll Advisory leadership, he has also led major payroll functions in the NHS and transport sectors. Simon brings deep expertise in UK and global payroll, shared services, and large-scale implementations. He has also served as a Director Trustee for several pension schemes.
