He began his career as a chartered accountant in strategic finance roles within telecoms and internet. At Deloitte, he specialised in Organisation and Target Operating Model Design for clients like HMRC, Thomson Reuters, and the London Olympics, and founded the Workforce Analytics practice. Julian later joined OrgVue’s executive team, building the Global Partner Programme, and has since consulted for software and consulting firms on Business Transformation, Talent Intelligence, People Analytics, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
