Charlie joined LACE Partners in 2024 with a passion for people experience and transformation projects. Naturally curious and outcome oriented, he enjoys finding creative solutions that deliver positive outputs for all stakeholders.
Coming from the pharmaceutical industry, Charlie brings a wealth of life sciences experience, leading transformation projects, developing compelling, patient-focussed strategies and designing innovative medical education programs.
His experience in culture development has seen him construct employee value propositions and drive people experience-centred change.
Outside of work, Charlie hosts and plays pub quizzes across London, loves to see live music and enjoys a round of golf.
