A career consultant, Duncan started his career at Accenture and spent five years within the financial services practice. As Chief Commercial Officer at LACE, Duncan is responsible for the commercial strategy, business development approach and for LACE’s sales and marketing functions.

Outside of work, Duncan enjoys time with his family, friends and dog, as well as playing racket sports, cooking and watching rugby and cricket. In 2024, Duncan debuted as an author of a children’s book (no one was more surprised than him at this turn of events…).
