Rong Ye, People Adviser

Rong joined LACE Partners in July 2024, after working at Foxtons as HR Adviser / DEI Lead, where she advised and supported the Senior Management team across the business. 

Before Foxtons, Rong also worked within hospitality industry as HR Officer , whereby she worked on different projects and implemented different systems. 

Outside of work, Rong likes to stay active by going to the gym and boxing classes, as well as spending time with her friends. Rong is also passionate about dog training and spends her weekends training her Belgian Malinois.
