The LACE Partners CPO Network hub is exclusive to a small community of CPOs and includes content, insights, and events created specifically for CPO Network members. To qualify as a member of the LACE CPO Network, nominees are likely to be in the most senior HR executive role in global or regional organisations (typically reporting to the C-Suite). typically with over 5,000 employees. Eligible members are likely to work for multinational companies with EU headquarters (preferably UK-based). Exceptions to our criteria are considered for those not meeting the criteria, but bringing diverse or innovative perspectives to the table.
