Simon Puryer, Executive Director – Head of Payroll
Simon joined LACE in May 2023 to establish and lead the Payroll Practice. With an extensive background in Consulting, Simon has delivered significant Payroll software implementation programmes within multiple clients whilst also helping businesses maximise their existing Payroll set-up.Â
As well as Payroll, Simon has extensive experience in Retail, leading and delivering complex transformational change projects, realising benefits, minimising costs and helping businesses to succeed. Simon is also passionate about customer experience and satisfaction with a focus on people at the heart of all organisations.Â
 Simon has hosted a number of round table discussions and is a regular speaker and host of Payroll transformation webinars. He has also been awarded “Rewards 300” since 2016 – one of the Top 50 Knowledge & Professional Services Leaders in Payroll.Â
Outside of work, Simon lives by the sea and loves getting out on the water with his family. He is also Vice Commodore of his local Sailing Club!Â
