Adam Morris, Senior Manager

Adam joined LACE Partners in 2019, having experience of both operational and transformational HR. He started his career in HR for Barclays Bank, holding roles in business partnering and employee relations, before moving into the HR Transformation centre of excellence. During this time, he designed several HR Operating Models on organisation-wide strategic and regulatory transformations. Following Barclays, he joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, focusing on enterprise-wide Org Design within Financial Services. Adam comes with a wealth of knowledge on HR Transformation, having been published in several HR journals writing about process optimisation and change management in HR.
Adam loves animals and is a long-suffering Leeds United fan. He also loves history, discovering the stories of people from the past and how their world shaped ours.
