Alice McCormack, Senior Manager
Alice joined LACE Partners in 2022, specialising in HR operating model and organisation design. Alice is passionate about developing innovative, implementable, and effective OD solutions to drive growth and efficiency – and supporting the journey from design to delivery.
Prior to joining LACE Partners, Alice has a mixture of consultancy (Big 4) and in-house HR experience and more recently relocated back to the UK from Copenhagen, Denmark where she was at the Carlsberg Group driving their Global HR Organisation Design review and transformation agenda.
Outside of work, you can find Alice socialising with her friends or travelling and exploring new countries. She is also tennis mad, keen runner and hiker (all things outdoors!).
