She has held a variety of in-house roles, including leading the implementation of Workday and managing change for complex HR projects.
Charmaine is passionate about helping businesses align their people strategies with organisational goals, supporting smooth transitions, and driving positive change for both the organisation and its employees.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to podcasts, and travelling.
