Ed Sparkes, Director
Ed Sparkes joined LACE Partners in February 2023, where he leads the Change Management specialism, affectionately known within LACE as the “Charmy”. With 15 years of consulting experience at LACE and Accenture, Ed brings a wealth of knowledge across diverse industries such as Energy, Media, and Government throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
Ed has led major change programmes, including restructures, relocations, acquisitions, outsourcing, operating models, enterprise technology, and the integration of AI. He is a passionate, engaging, and innovative communicator who excels in creative storytelling, crafting beautiful visuals, and coaching others to lead through change.
Outside of work, Ed is an avid traveller and an aspiring professional sunbather.
