Ed Sparkes, Director
Ed joined LACE Partners in February 2023 as a Director with a specialism in Change Management and People Experience.
Ed has over 12 years of consulting experience, joining LACE from Accenture having worked across a wide range of industries including Energy, Media and Government. Everybody deserves to have a meaningful and rewarding career and Ed loves helping “make work wonderful” whilst supporting organisations to stand out and get ahead. Ed leads our Change Management practice on several major HR, IT and Finance and business transformations across Europe, Asia and Africa and enjoys bringing new tools and innovations – from chatbots to virtual reality – to engage and inspire people. Passionate about finding ways to improve the employee experience, Ed has also worked with numerous CPOs/CHROs to enhance organisational change capability, coach senior figures in “leading through change” and help bring their value proposition to life.
Outside of work Ed is a keen traveller and aspiring professional sunbather.
