Emily Fryer, Senior Consultant

Emily joined LACE Partners in September 2021 as a Consultant

Emily studied History at University and graduated with First Class Honours. Since graduating, she has moved into a career within HR. Starting off as an Administrator at UCL. Emily spent 3 years at Cath Kidston, progressing from Assistant to Advisor level, gaining a great generalist knowledge of all aspects of HR including, onboarding, employee experience and engagement, which she is extremely passionate about. Emily spent lockdown studying for her CIPD Level 5 Qualification in HR Management and is now fully qualified.

Since joining LACE in 2021 she has been working as part of a large team on a global HR transformation project. Focusing on the redesign of HR and Reward processes, she has been developing skills in project management, process mapping and redesign.

Emily loves reading fiction books and is an avid cinema-goer. She loves all genre’s of film and will happily chat for hours about films, books or tv shows.
