Emma Johnson, Manager

Emma joined LACE Partners in December 2024 as a Manager, specialising in Skills, Capability and People Transformation projects. Emma is passionate about helping organisations to develop effective frameworks to build their talent and provide exceptional people experiences.   

Prior to joining LACE, Emma has a mixture of Big 4 consultancy and in-house HR delivery experience, she has worked in the UK and the Middle East. 

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time at the coast with her family, both for the windy beach walks and the year-round availability of ice cream.
