Gemma is an experience HR professional, having worked in roles across most parts of HR in a range of industries. She specialised in Change and Organisation Development.

Prior to joining LACE Gemma consulted with global organisations, charities and start ups on leadership coaching, organisation design, service delivery models, performance management and growth strategies.

Gemma takes a pragmatic and innovative approach to help those she works with create sustainable behaviour change. 

In her downtime, Gemma spends time with her family walking, biking and trying new foods and experiences. Axe throwing is next on the list!
