Jo joined LACE partners in October 2022, after working at Barclays Bank for over 16 years, specialising in delivering HR and operational transformation.
She has a proven track record in delivering major people, process and global technology projects implementing key business initiatives that have reduced costs, minimised risk and streamlined operations across UK, US, APAC and Europe.
Outside of work, Jo loves spending time with family and friends, travelling, searching for sunshine and good wine. You can usually find her on a beach or touring the UK in her campervan.
