Jo has joined LACE team in July 2023. As a curious and proactive problem solver, she is passionate about helping HR teams operate as efficiently as possible.
She believes that providing the right data is key to making impactful decisions and unlocking the full potential of an HR team. Jo is graduated from King’s College London with a master’s in human resources.
Her previous experiences are inhouse as an HR Generalist and later as a Compensation and HR Data Analyst. She’s gained knowledge around diversity of HR areas such as employee engagement, DE&I, gender pay gap, salary benchmarking, rewards, data modelling, dashboards/reporting and process improvement.
Outside of work, Jo loves going to art galleries and museums.
