Liz Bailey, Director

Liz joined LACE Partners in January 2022 as a Senior Manager with a focus on change and transformation capability. She is passionate about the human side of change, supporting people, teams and organisations to evolve successfully enabling stronger performance

With a foundation in HR Business Partnering, Liz then spent ten years in operational, programme and business leadership roles focusing on performance turnaround and organisational growth before specialising in transformation and change management

Liz has successfully delivered operating model, new technology implementation and operational excellence programmes across a broad range of sectors including Financial Services, Transport, Technology, Aerospace, Defence, Local Government, Manufacturing and Medical/Sciences

Liz is happiest when outdoors – hiking, skiing or sailing with family and friends or exploring new places – a particular favourite is the Greek Islands.  She also loves a glass of wine at the pub (by a cosy fire or under a blue sky in the sunshine!)
