Neil Ilott, Manager

Neil Joined LACE Partners in October 2019 on the HR Transformation team. Since joining the team, he has been working with the Transformation team on building the LACE Process Taxonomy and Best Practice Process Maps, and with the HR Tech team assisting with building their offerings.
Having graduated from University in the summer of 2019 with a 1st class degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management. While at university he joined a variety of societies including: Rugby, Rock Climbing, Badminton, and Drama. As part of his degree he undertook a placement year at a Pharmaceutical company working in the HR department. His time there taught him a lot about the realities of HR and working in a Shared Service Centre.
