Ridwan joined LACE Partners in June 2024 after working at KPMG, specialising in the delivery of HR Advisory services for clients across various sectors.
He is passionate about driving business growth through the execution of HR Transformation and Talent initiatives. Ridwan has delivered on projects spanning; organisation design, HR operating model, change management, strategic workforce planning, and talent management.
Outside of work, Ridwan likes podcasting, watching documentary movies, playing football, spending time with family and friends. You can also spot him on the beach – jet skiing and boat riding.
