Simon Bunday, Director
Simon joined LACE Partners in October 2024, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in payroll operations and implementation. Before LACE, he worked as part of the Payroll Advisory leadership team at Deloitte within their Payroll and Workforce Management Practice.
Simon also previously held pivotal roles in the NHS and a major transport company, where he established a central shared service centre to manage and deliver high-volume, multi-frequency payrolls. With extensive expertise in both UK and global payroll consultancy, Simon has held senior implementation roles on various large scale projects and served as a Director Trustee for several pension schemes.
When he’s not immersed in payroll strategies, Simon loves to try to keep active with outdoor fitness bootcamps and occasionally dusts off his rugby boots for the odd testimonial or vets game.
