This forum supports causes we care about and develops initiatives for our local community. We continually assess and improve our sustainability practices, actively seeking feedback from employees, clients and stakeholders to ensure responsible and ethical business conduct.

Charlie’s Promise
Charlie’s Promise is a UK charity dedicated to preventing knife crime and creating safer futures for young people. Founded in memory of 17‑year‑old Charlie Cosser – who tragically lost his life to knife violence in 2023 – the charity honours a promise made by Charlie’s father to devote his life to raising awareness and driving real change. Through education, community outreach and powerful storytelling, Charlie’s Promise helps young people understand the impact of knife crime, supports families affected by violence, and campaigns for long‑term prevention.
TIDE
TIDE (Together in Dementia Everyday) is a UK‑wide charity dedicated to empowering people who care for someone living with dementia. Built by carers, for carers, TIDE brings unpaid and former carers together to share experiences, gain confidence, and use their voices to influence how dementia care is delivered across health, social care and policy. Through peer connection, training, advocacy and practical support, TIDE helps carers feel less isolated, more informed, and better equipped to shape positive change for themselves and others.
