Rob Mooney, Head of SAP SuccessFactors UK&I has 15 years of experience in the HR technology sector, Rob works with businesses to drive transformation and achieve meaningful change across their organisations. His experience includes collaborating with a diverse range of UK and Irish companies, including some of the world’s most renowned brands.
Claire Forde, SuccessFactors Product Owner, has worked at EDF for 22 years and 20 of those years in the SAP team. Starting out in the programme office when they implemented SAP ECC in 2004 and post go live, she moved to the SAP support team as an HCM consultant. Claire worked on the implementation of SuccessFactors in 2017 supporting testing and cutover and she is now the SuccessFactors Product Owner for EDF in Enterprise IT.
Paul Rose, HCM EMEA Lead, Rizing is a trusted consultant and experienced advisor in the digital technology space. He has spoken regularly at SAP events in Europe, North America and South Africa and also has published articles in SAP insider and HR.com. Paul is a certified Professional in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and has worked on over 40 clients in a range of industries in different lead roles such as Solution Architect and Program lead. Sian Beacham, Client Executive Director, LACE Partners is an HR Transformation specialist and global programme director with over 25 years of experience. Before Sian joined LACE as an Executive Director in May 2022, she worked at Accenture and IBM and has held a number of senior client-side programme director roles at large global organisations. Sian has delivery execution experience across the full HR scope and lifecycle from strategy and design through to delivery, adoption and business case realisation.
