Last Friday some of our LACE team donned their glad rags and attended the Laughology National Happiness Awards at the CIPD in Wimbledon. It was a fantastic evening: inspiring, thought-provoking and a moving celebration of one of the things we do best, being happy.
We were nominated a whopping 5 times for the Happiest Team award, and, against stiff competition from Inspired to Change and The Outward Bound Trust, we found ourselves commended in what was a very strong category.
The whole team were so pleased and proud to have been shortlisted from a total of 120 entrants, and to be commended is a reflection of our ways of working: collaborative, open, friendly and happy!
