To qualify as a member of the LACE PXN, nominees are likely to be responsible for a global payroll function across multiple jurisdictions, for large multinational organisations of 5,000+ employees. Eligible members are likely to work for companies with EU headquarters (preferably UK-based). Exceptions to our criteria are considered for those not meeting the criteria, but bringing diverse or innovative perspectives to the table.
