The Future of HR Shared Services – Becoming People and Solutions Experts

Chris and Emma from LACE Partners take a couple of minutes to talk through some of the key points raised from the white paper released in November 2020 from LACE Partners. The white paper looks at what skills HR Shared Services professionals will need to succeed in the future changing world we live in, as well as encourages HR Shared Services professionals to position themselves as commercially driven, business-aware, leaders, giving advice on what HR can learn from other functions like Marketing and Customer Services.
