Beth Willrich, Manager
Beth is a dynamic and results-oriented consultant with over 5 years’ experience supporting businesses to drive organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Kent and an MSc from Kings College London in HR Management and Organisational Analysis. Beth is also Level 7 CIPD qualified.
Beth has experience working in a range of consultancies, most recently at PwC where she was part of the transformation platform focusing on HR operating model, people experience, and change management.
Her particular passion is around the future of work and how organisations can drive people experience initiatives to build success.
