HR in a time of crisis – a 12 point plan

During a time of unprecedented crisis caused by the Covid-19 global pandemic, HR teams are facing a world in which the goalposts are constantly moving. This webinar which was held on Thursday 2nd April 2020 is the first of three webinars that LACE Partners run which looks at providing some advice and guidance to HR teams on what they need to think of to adapt in this ever changing landscape. Aaron Alburey, Cathy Acratopulo and Kevin Green discuss and debate some of the issues that are being seeing right now by HR teams and what they can do to mitigate the risks currently being posed by the global slowdown.
