LACE networks and communities

Our networks and communities bring together professionals with common challenges and opportunities, offering a safe space to connect, debate and exchange ideas.

Our networks and communities bring together professionals with common challenges and opportunities, offering a connection, debate and the exchange of ideas.

Our networks connect C-Suite and VP level professionals, with ultimate functional responsibility and often global or regional scope. These roles can feel lonely – so we bring people together at events and roundtables – a safe space to build collaborative and supportive relationships.

Our networks set their agenda with their members – delivering exclusive events, insights and discussions on topics at the top of their to do list. We use the expertise and experience of the members, alongside our LACE specialists, to stretch our thinking, find solutions and help shape the progressive practices for the future of the function.

Our communities connect senior level subject matter experts, typically heads of function or experienced practitioners. They foster continuous engagement, peer support, and collective learning.

Membership of our networks and communities, and the events, is at no cost to you – but we do ask for your active participation and contribution back to the wider functional community.

Our networks

We bring together a hand-selected cohort of about 60 diverse and influential HR leaders, who want to give back to the HR community – accessible exclusively by LACE invitation, ensuring our membership profile is credible, authentic and challenging.

Prospective members are likely to be in most senior HR executive role in global or regional organisations (typically reporting to the C-Suite), typically with over 5,000 employees. Eligible members are likely to work for multinational companies with EU headquarters (preferably UK-based). Exceptions are considered for those not meeting the criteria, but bringing diverse or innovative perspectives to the table.

If you are interested in joining or you know somebody who you think would be relevant, reach out to a member of the team or fill in the form below.
