We established the network in 2020, off the back of our inaugural HR Shared Services Trends report, which we now release every two years. Today the network brings together leaders from around 50 organisations across a broad range of industries. It is accessible by LACE invitation only, which keeps the membership profile credible, authentic and challenging.

The agenda is set by our members. We run events, insights and discussions on the topics at the heart of your business, drawing on the experience of members, external thought leaders and LACE specialists to stretch thinking, find practical solutions and shape the HR practices of the future.
