Chris and Emma are joined by Charlie Knox from SDWorx to discuss their latest white paper, which looked at survey results of over 3000 respondents to the changes that HR teams are expecting to occur after the pandemic, including the improving of employee experience as a priority, as well as the rise in flexible workers/freelancers and of course the need for organisations to reach digital maturity quicker than they currently are.
