Adele Reid, Manager
Adele is a Data and AI Lead who helps organisations turn AI ambition into practical, measurable outcomes. With experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes across global financial services and utilities, she specialises in shaping AI strategy, building value offices, and guiding end-to-end delivery from early opportunity exploration through to real business impact.
Adele is known for her clear, structured approach and her ability to bring direction to complex or ambiguous environments. She partners closely with senior stakeholders to prioritise high-value use cases, secure investment, and embed strong governance and responsible AI practices. Her background spans AI product management, data platform modernisation, and enterprise data and AI strategy.
Outside of work, Adele enjoys taking on interior design projects and spending time with family and friends. She also loves walking her dog and travelling whenever she has the chance.
