Alexa Cohen, Senior Manager
Alexa joined Lace in December 2024 with a decade of experience in both Big 4 consulting and in-house HR Transformation roles. She specialises in HR op model and people experience projects with a particular interest in helping clients develop people strategies that help drive business value whilst maintaining a happy, healthy and productive workforce.
Her in-house experience at Barclays and PwC has given Alexa a strong understanding of the challenges that the HR function often faces, enabling her to work collaboratively with her clients and develop pragmatic, adaptable and sustainable solutions.
Outside of work, Alexa enjoys spending time with friends, working her way round London’s restaurant scene, cooking, playing tennis and skiing. She also enjoys the occasional episode of Real Housewives (for anthropological research purposes, of course!).
