Clara Sanchez, Senior Manager
Clara joined LACE Partners in 2026, bringing over 15 years of programme and transformation leadership across retail, automotive, telecommunications, and financial services. She’s an AI transformation specialist with a background in workforce transformation, product management and software engineering, who combines technical expertise with a people-centred approach to change.
Prior to LACE, Clara spent five years at North Highland leading AI strategy, product transformation, centers of excellence and scaling agile, working for key clients such as M&S, Jaguar Land Rover and others. Before that she led delivery teams at Tech Mahindra and Indra Sistemas across UK, Spain, India and the Philippines. She brings a people-first mindset to AI transformation, cutting through complexity to focus on what delivers real value.
Outside of work, you’ll find Clara sailing, blacksmithing, or practicing roller derby—and travelling, camping when possible.
