Ellen Leonard, Manager
Ellen joined LACE Partners in March 2023 as a Consultant.
Ellen holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in work & Organisational Psychology in which she obtained a first-class honours. Her passion for people and how they individually experience their work environment developed throughout her master’s degree.
She has previous experience in talent acquisition and recruitment where she gained knowledge around many talent areas including sourcing, candidate experience onboarding, DE&I and selection and assessment methods. Her work experience to date has allowed her to apply her learnings from her masters into practice which she continues to do at LACE.
Outside of work, Ellen loves to travel and visit new places as well as going to the gym and hiking in the countryside.
