Julia Orawiec, Analyst
Julia joined LACE in September 2025 on the Early Careers Programme, after completing a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Bath where she studied International Management with Modern Foreign languages, choosing Spanish as her speciality.
Before joining LACE, Julia completed an internship where she worked as a Talent Acquisition specialist in Barcelona and here, she discovered her love for all things change and HR transformation, whilst helping test and implement a new ATS system at her company.
Outside of work she loves to travel, whether it is within Europe or going on longer adventures, she loves to explore the world culinarily, trying dishes around the world to really embed herself in the culture. Julia takes these opportunities to hone her photography skills, with a particular interest in street photography.
