Julie Elder, Client Executive Director
Julie has extensive experience in Reward and Performance and Employee Relations, having held leadership positions in reward within UK banking and international business—most notably at Barclays and, earlier in her career, at the London Stock Exchange.
Following LACE Partners’ acquisition of 3XO in November 2025, Julie now serves as Client Executive Director at LACE, spearheading its newly formed Reward and Performance business unit.
In her previous role as a Partner at 3XO, Julie supported clients across a broad range of sectors, guiding them through initiatives in reward strategy, HR transformation, M&A-related people work, employee relations, performance management, and policy design. Her deep expertise and continuity through the transition into LACE strengthen the combined firm’s capability to deliver board-level and executive-team advisory on people strategy.
