Sam joined LACE Partners in January 2026 as a Manager in the Change Management specialism, following four years at Deloitte.
With over six years’ experience in change management, Sam enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders across organisations to understand the human impact of transformation, and deliver human-centred solutions that drive adoption and help change stick.
Outside of work, Sam is a keen racket sports player and enjoys exploring his interest in food by eating his way through London’s long list of restaurants.
