Talia Pavell, Analyst

Talia joined LACE Partners in September 2025 as an Analyst on the Early Careers Programme. She graduated from the University of Liverpool with a First Class degree in BSc Psychology and (after a year of traveling around South East Asia and South America) went on to complete a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London. In between her studies, Talia has gained work experience in Culture & Engagement and Learning & Development roles, and is also a qualified Lumina Spark practitioner.  

Talia is keen to develop her consulting knowledge, with a particular interest in Workforce Transformation. Outside of work, Talia enjoys yoga, reading and cooking!
