Meet the speakers:
Dawn Goodall, Director, LACE Partners

Dawn is a transformation and programme management leader with deep expertise in global HR change initiatives. With 22 years at Accenture, she led major transition and transformation programmes across Europe. She specialises in end-to-end HR deal lifecycles and large-scale organisational change. A passionate people advocate, Dawn excels at building high-performing teams and driving client success.

Tom Croughton, Director of the JGA Recruitment Group

Tom is a Director of the JGA Recruitment Group and founded the US arm of the business, leading its expansion into North America. With nearly a decade of experience in search and talent acquisition, he specialises in Global Payroll and HR Technology hiring. Tom has supported some of the world’s leading organisations through periods of growth and transformation, and brings deep insight into how talent, skills, and hiring needs have evolved across the industry.

James McLintic, Executive Director, LACE Partners

James is Client Executive Director at LACE Partners, leading client delivery and the Account Management Team. With over 20 years’ experience in HR transformation across sectors, he has led major change programmes from strategy to implementation. Formerly at EY and as an independent consultant, James specialises in operating models, shared services, and workforce strategy. He’s passionate about purposeful teams, people development, and pragmatic change.

Simon Puryer, Executive Director, LACE Partners

Simon leads the Payroll Practice, bringing deep expertise in payroll transformation and implementation. He has a strong background in consulting and retail, delivering complex change programmes. A regular speaker and webinar host, Simon has been recognised in the “Rewards 300” since 2016. He’s passionate about people, customer experience, and driving business success.

Adam Morris, Senior Manager, LACE Partners

Adam joined LACE Partners in 2019 with extensive HR experience. He began at Barclays Bank in HR roles, later designing HR Operating Models in their Transformation centre. He then moved to Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, specialising in Org Design for Financial Services. Adam is a recognised expert in HR Transformation, with publications on process optimisation and change management.

Marcus Uzubalis, Director, LACE Partners

Marcus is a data-driven HR leader with over 20 years of experience in HR transformation and change management. Since joining LACE Partners as Director in 2024, he has focused on client delivery. Marcus has worked in global matrix organizations across industries like consulting, financial services, aviation, and pharmaceutical logistics. He specializes in organization design and positioning HR as a strategic business partner. With experience in regional and global HR roles, Centres of Excellence, and M&A, Marcus brings a deep understanding of HR Operating Models. He has also gained extensive international experience living and working in the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, UAE, and Italy.
