Who owns the future workforce?

In this latest webinar, the team at LACE is joining Eightfold AI to discuss the case HR must make to step up and own the agentic layer. Martin from our AI team will be joining Rebecca Warren from Eightfold AI to talk about:

  • Escaping the legacy trap. Most HR tech was built to record work, not to understand it. We’ll explore what it takes to move from static systems of record to a living talent intelligence layer that maps skills, potential, and capacity in real time.
  • Closing the velocity gap. Linear headcount growth can’t keep pace with exponential business demands. Hear how forward-thinking CPO-CIO partnerships are replacing traditional scaling models with digital agents that act alongside human workers and empower them.
  • Building the infinite workforce. When digital workers handle high-volume execution at scale, human professionals are freed to do what only humans can: exercise judgment, drive strategy, and lead.

Register now and join the discussion as we walk through what this operating model looks like in practice and how to get there.
