From plans to impact: Making SWP count

From plans to impact: Making SWP count

Join us for a one-hour, insight-packed webinar with expert speakers discussing the latest developments in the SWP space – a webinar in partnership with our friends at Visier.

Many organisations invest in SWP but stop short of translating plans into tangible outcomes. This webinar focuses on how to bridge that gap by linking actions directly to the original business ambition behind SWP. We’ll explore how to prioritise, sequence, and embed actions that actually deliver impact.

During this session we’ll cover:

  1. What are the drivers of current uptake in SWP?
  2. What are the different levels of maturity?
  3. The ‘what?’ versus the ‘why?’ of SWP
  4. The importance of process vs projects
  5. How do organisations get alignment around PA, SWP and Org Design
  6. The importance of ‘work’ and ‘task’
  7. Programme design and software innovation
