Challenges

Our client is a leading video game industry service company formed from an amalgamation of associated agencies and acquisitions spanning game development, art services, testing and marketing. They had no standard HRIS platform, very limited core data and no trusted system of record. The support model was inconsistent and undefined and the employee experience varied radically across regions, countries and studios. HR itself had never undergone large-scale change.

How LACE helped

Programme and change management
LACE provided strategic guidance and oversight throughout the entire program lifecycle — from kick-off to go-live — ensuring everything stayed aligned with transformation goals, on budget, and on schedule.

Operating model design
Led the creation of a global target operating model with clear roles across regions, set up centres of expertise to support Workday readiness, and identified key resources needed for long-term success.

End-to-end solution architect advisory
Offered end-to-end solution architecture guidance, making sure each phase aligned with global design by bringing together process, tech, people, policy, and data.

Technology and data workstream leadership
Led the technology workstream across design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday.

Service enablement design
Designed end-to-end solutions for document, knowledge, and case management, ensuring they aligned with process workflows and the service delivery model.
