Building the foundations for future Payroll success

Reward strategyEvery building needs solid foundations to ensure that it can reach its true potential but, for many Payroll teams, they often struggle to make sure that they have every brick placed in the right place.

Sometimes it is because of legacy technology, sometimes it is because of changing business demands that lead to an emphasis on efficiency or cost pressures put on the Payroll team but, if you ensure your foundations are in place – technology, processes, your operating model, the way you manage your data and reporting mechanisms – you can be well placed to embrace any change.

This webinar looked at how Payroll teams can ensure they have their foundations in place so that any business transformation they have can be delivered without any potential future headaches.

Both LACE Partners and Reward Strategy gained your insight on the priority foundational areas, what you currently have in place and how you manage change. This was an informal networking session with peers discussng the future of your Payroll function.
