Flexible working the new norm

Flexible working is here to stay. What can organisations do to strike the right balance with hybrid working? Chris and Chris Horton discuss the ongoing challenges with flexible working with Olga Needham, Senior HR Director at Tokyo Electron Europe. One of these challengers is that flexible working is not one size fits all. In most cases it depends on the industry and specific job role. Line managers must also be trained and have the correct tools to properly manage the employees who are remote working.
