HR titan Kevin Green joins LACE Partners in advisory role

LACE Partners is excited to welcome Kevin Green to the recently established LACE Advisory Board.

Kevin, previously CEO of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, will work with LACE, alongside a portfolio of other new roles and projects.

Kevin will bolster LACE’s already incredibly strong leadership team as the consultancy continues to evolve and thrive. He’ll bring deep and wide experience and insight from nearly 30 years working in HR, consultancy and leadership roles. Kevin was the HR Director at Royal Mail Letters for five years and led major people change projects at Tui, BAE Systems, Unilever, Lloyds Bank and the Cabinet Office. He’s also a distinguished TEDx speaker. Watch it here.

“LACE is focused on the future and is perfectly positioned to provide great value to its clients, leading the pack in solving people, HR and change problems in innovative ways.”

Kevin says, “I’m delighted to join LACE as a strategic advisor as well as working on client and product development, helping the team continue their impressive growth. LACE is focused on the future and is perfectly positioned to provide great value to its clients, leading the pack in solving people, HR and change problems in innovative ways. My transformation capabilities will help LACE’s clients reimagine and reinvent their HR function and services.”

Aaron Alburey, Founder of LACE, says: “We’re thrilled to have Kevin join the LACE family. His unrivalled expertise and knowledge, particularly in commercialising businesses, will prove invaluable in the next phase of our development.”

LACE’s Advisory Board was created in January 2018 to provide strategic guidance on the direction the business is heading and the financial decisions it makes, all while ensuring LACE never loses sight of what’s lies at its heart – making a positive difference to people’s lives at work.
