“LACE is focused on the future and is perfectly positioned to provide great value to its clients, leading the pack in solving people, HR and change problems in innovative ways.”

Kevin says, “I’m delighted to join LACE as a strategic advisor as well as working on client and product development, helping the team continue their impressive growth. Aaron Alburey, Founder of LACE, says: “We’re thrilled to have Kevin join the LACE family. His unrivalled expertise and knowledge, particularly in commercialising businesses, will prove invaluable in the next phase of our development.”

LACE’s Advisory Board was created in January 2018 to provide strategic guidance on the direction the business is heading and the financial decisions it makes, all while ensuring LACE never loses sight of what’s lies at its heart – making a positive difference to people’s lives at work.
