JGA and LACE Fantasy Premier League 2025/26

Back for its second season: The JGA and LACE Fantasy Premier League (FPL)!

LACE Partners has once again teamed up with JGA Recruitment to bring some footballing fun to the HR and Payroll communities with our free-to-enter Fantasy Premier League (FPL) competition—complete with prizes, bragging rights, and community spirit.

At LACE, our HR and Payroll Community regularly connects to discuss the latest in the industry—but we also love creating new ways to bring professionals together. That’s why we launched the FPL league: to add some friendly competition into the mix!

Once again, we’ll be offering the following to members of the community:

  1. Manager of the month award = £10 to whoever picks up the most points in a month
  2. Overall winner of the league = £150
  3. Second place in the league = £75
  4. Third place in the league = £25
  5. Fourth place in the league = £20
  6. Fifth place in the league = £10
  7. Cup competition winner = £25
  8. Last place = Wooden spoon

New for this season

Refer a friend bonus

If you refer a friend (and they sign up to the league) and they win any prizes, we’ll give you 50% of their winnings (e.g. if they win £150, they get all £150 and you get an additional £75 – on us!). They must be eligible for the competition (i.e. work in HR or Payroll and comply with rules of the competition).

#EpicFail monthly winner

If you are part of the WhatsApp community, you can be in with a prize – simply pop into the chat where you’ve had a failure moment with your FPL team (e.g. subbing out your captain for a player gets injured immediately) – and each month we’ll select one person at random to win £10 based on their #EpicFail moment.

Extra prize draw

Give us your favourite football team (using the form below) and we’ll also draw one winner to win a shirt of their favourite side at the midway point in the season (December 2025).

Simply fill in your team using the free text part of the below form.

In addition, we’ll be making a contribution towards a local children’s football team, to show our commitment to grass roots football as well.

How to join

  1. Complete the form below to register your interest.
  2. We’ll email you the league details just before the season starts.
  3. Join our WhatsApp community to stay in the loop.

The FPL league is free for anybody to enter, but to be eligible for any of the prizes, you must be an HR or Payroll professional working in the industry, who has provided their contact details (so we can communicate to the latest winners).
