Matt brings a wealth of expertise in new technology and the customer experience
LACE Partners has appointed technology authority Matt Watson as Chief Technology Officer as LACE continues its journey to become a market leading and innovative change and transformation company.
Matt has 20 years of international experience in technology with both consulting and in-house teams in large multinational corporations, notably in Retail, Telecommunications and Financial Services. Matt has a proven track record and extensive experience in shaping and delivering full life-cycle technology and business change programs as well as building teams of passionate individuals to ensure successful change in businesses.
In his new role as CTO at LACE, reporting to CEO Aaron Alburey, Matt will be responsible for LACE’s technology business, including LACE’s alliances, internal technology and technical sales. He will focus on driving growth for the company in the technology field.
